While I'm at it I'm also stuck on a few off the field parts of the game.

As I get to the end of the season I have all this XP for certain players but for many of my backups I'm not getting much xp obviously so I need to get something straight. I DONT auto progress everyone until all my players have their awareness rating to the required level of 70 or 80. If I don't reach their awareness level by the end of the year I dont do anything? What will happen to all of their XP?

Many posts ago you told me I can add funds to my owner because I don't have enough money for signing bonuses. You mentioned I could use shared TV revenues as a way to make this legit. Where do or how do I find how much that should be?
