Go with the Blue set, Normal or Fast game speed. Auto subs work great with fatigue at 65 and 13 minute quarters. You could also try the Red Set with Slow or Normal speed
My auto subs are slightly different from Flazko's:
QB: 0/1
RB: 90/95
WR: 60/65
TE/ FB: 20/25
OL: 0/1
DT: 85/80
DE: 80/75
LB: 60/65 I think. I'll double check my LB
DB: 20/25
