Having to Purchase Edited Sneakers of your Endorsement is a Spit in the Face

I hardly ever complain about VC, but this is a joke.

I have no problem earning VC but to have to spend 7500 VC for every single pair of sneakers within my endorsement that I choose to edit or create is horrendous.

Every other 2K, if you received an endorsement deal, you can edit a sneaker so you are not stuck into wearing the terrible team color combinations that the game automatically generates.

I am now at the top level with Adidas and made some beautiful Crazy 8s and each pair is 7500 VC.

Say what you want about earning the VC, but that means every time you want to play around with different color combinations it is going to cost you 7500 VC. This is an outright spit in the face and hinders creativity with the sneakers.

To top it off, it's not like the shoes look in-game exactly as they do in the creator.

I am sorry but this has me beyond pissed off.

Your definitely not alone when I signed my Jordan Brand deal. And saw I got free shoes I got excited. Then come to find out it's just ugly default team color shoes I was highly disappointed

It's ridiculous. It's a way around it but I don't even want them to patch it because it's the only way you can wear edited shoes.

why the shoes that you already signed an endorsement deal to get cost anything is beyond me

I thought Jordan would be a safe bet since I play for the Raptors. I was wrong. Hoping Nike makes me another offer, since at least the default colorways aren't as hideous as Jordan's

Edited shoes were free with your endorsement last year.

2K gets bolder with each passing year...

Have yall seen the salary you earn for each game? It's about 100 - 200 VC for me in Year 1. It's not even a fixed salary, the salary is dependent on your opponent so it will change from game to game lol

At 150 salary per game on average, you see how many games it costs to earn the salary to purchase custom shoes (sometimes shoes you're already endorsed for) ) lol

150 base salary would net Mr 7500 in 50 games... wow what an economy we have here lol and I'm a lottery pick haha 50 games played to earn me the SALARY to afford a pair of custom sneakers.

Oh, and don't buy Gatorade. If you want some Gatorade pods for 500 VC: you first need to purchase the special empty bottle for 3,000 VC... that's at least another 20 - 25 games worth of your SALARY

Ayyye, 2k, we earning 1.2k on HOF off of a solid performance not 15k.. our salary is 150 VC on average in Year 1.. heck my true value is a 2M salary on 1 year contract as a Lottery pick...

My year end salary earnings after 82 GP is 12, 300 VC.. this custom sneaker cost more than HALF (60%) what I make in a season off my salary!!! Ya, we got special artificial bonuses for teammate grade and performance and difficulty modifiers but you also taking money away from playing on Rookie during my Rookie year lollll I can't even think ... 😴

Yall peep Jordan dunk package that cost 7,500??? Derozon costs like 3500.. where they expect us to fetch this coin? Ohh from our real life pockets gotcha... dump 100 real life dollars into the game to fetch 500k VC for your animations, accessory and clothing and Gatorade needs because every virtual character should never run park or pro-am without some Gatorade by our side 😢

They would have more people spending VC on them if they were 1500-3000, just stupid on their part to price it at 7500. That's just greed and nothing else.

Damn, I didn't even know you could edit shoes and wear them lol. I was hoping I could switch my shoe endorsement because these default Jordan colorways on the Pacers are absolutely hideous.
