After the game I just played I think I'm done

A guy by the name of "jiansen" last game before the end of the night I see this guys roster it looks like trash he's starting "Yi" and Lin and some guy I never heard of by the name of Gheorghe Mureșan I look up his stats he's an 87 overall and 7 ft fn 7 then this guy goes to zone sets his settings to smoother and plays off ball the entire time it gets better he subs in Shawn Bradley there was literally nothing I could do about it they just passed the ball over my entire head like they would just hand the ball off at around the rim

I'm done I'm at a loss for words

I actually had mcgrady out there and he did have some nice dunks but unfortunately the guys 87 block rated negated pretty much everything

It was kind of funny they just passed the ball back and fourth until one of them was close enough to the basket it's like my guys where midgets

What would mitigate the impact (but of course not solve)

Call Iso with your tracy, and pick n roll with your center (a fast one)

Muresan is too slow to cover so eventually you will score a lot since he provides no help defense (smother/deny)

In his offense double team in the post every time he gets the ball, and starts dribbling

Tht being said height is a legacy issue that has not been solved.

I had same issues with a guy using Manute Bol. Eventually I won in the end , but it was close and frustrating

Yeah, great advice. When Sapphire Yao was first released in 2k15, everybody thought that he was OP and the best C in the game. After a while it became clear that it was really easy to exploit him. Simply draw the super big, but slow guys out to the 3-point line and make them play PnR defense. You'll get an open dunk or corner 3 every time.

I was doubling but he would just hand the ball off to his other big like literally hand the ball to other guy nothing I could do about it, my guys where to short to try to steal it and my gosh can these guys contest shots it looked like it was open and somehow they would get out there


But either way it was dumb couldn't post anybody, and couldn't break free from the computer d my pick and rolls don't work

Muresan is actually pretty good, but Bradley and Bol are trash. You gotta exploit their speed, run pick and pops with your center force them to guard the perimeter, they may be good around the rim but their closeout speed is trash. Defensively, steal steal steal, they have bad ball control so it makes it easy to rip them

This where having wall and cousins would had been enough to kill that scrub, pick and pop till he learn to guard someone then after you kill him from 3 a couple of times, destroy him in the post. I played a Boi before and he couldn't do nothing with cousins but it also help I had borris diaw at the 4, so I ran a 4-1 which left that tall center all only with cousins ever play and that was BBQ chicken every time.

Playing two man screen game doesn't work against a zone though. The best offense against offball zone in my experience is to move the ball to the corners and probe the soft spots of the zone. Make sure you have knockdown shooters 1-4.

Zone is easy as hell to beat this year, especially with that new 5out set. Fill it up with shooters or just wait till someone cuts into the wide open paint.

Maybe the original poster is a bad player. So what's your point? This doesn't change the fact that certain "cheese" tactics work really well.

Passing in the paint is really easy this year. There is no way Muresan could receive the ball under the basket so easily in real life.

If this was the case Boban Marjanovic would be the best center in the game

People earlier in the thread has provided all the help he needed. And how is this trolling when I'm just pointing out his opponent has glaring weaknesses, yet he doesn't exploit? It wasn't like he was facing an All-Ruby lineup along with Muresan. His opponent was beatable.
