What determines what level in Pro Am?

I know there is Amatuer, Pro and Elite. What determines what level you reach? It is a certain amount of wins to have a pro or elite team? thanks

My Team ranked up after exaxtly 10 wins - everytime. We are sitting on Elite 1 right now with a record of 30-12.

Anyone figured this out? I know 10 wins gets you to Pro level but no one seems to know how to reach Elite. I hear winning %, beating ranked teams, ect, ect but still have no clue. Let us know if you can figure it out.

Did you have a winning record? We are 21-32 because we started out bad but we are starting to roll now. I saw a team that was 74-72 and they were not an Elite team but they had their own logo on the wall. I wonder if that means you can be downgraded as well.

I've been downgraded from Elite to Pro after WINNING games, this situation with leveling is pretty messed up if you ask me

Wow that is crap. I just wish that it was not a secret. Just tell us the formula so we have more incentive.

Lol my team dropped to amateur for one game after a win and a 45-25 record and winning like 75% of last 10-15 games. I assume that's just 2K being 2K and random glitches happening.

Our record was 40-3 when we got elite. It's weird though because I saw a team at 24-5 get elite, it doesn't make much sense tbh.

I wonder if this means there's only certain amount of room in each level? So maybe a team just passed your squad up and pushed you to a lower bracket?
