Out of curiosity what did you have to give up to get LaVine & Porzingis?

To actually answer your question though...Memphis Grizzles had this happen to them last year. To me MyGm is specifically made for you to make roster moves adjust on the fly while still putting a winning team on the floor. MyLeague has the injury slider I'm not sure about MyGm but I think it would be worth a look in your case.
