Did a few quick tests on PS4 this morning and was able to get the AI to attack more directly with long passes by editing custom tactics. So, great news there.

Faster game but less goals? That sounds odd, I'm anxious to give it a try.

Yeah it's really weird. But I just played 6-7 games post-patch and I should play some more to really judge it.

But so far my impression was that it's easier to get through defense and midfield play has been reduced. Anyhow, this hasn't really resulted in more goals because the goalkeepers are just super-human and the AI really misses a lot of chances. I didn't change any sliders, just the pass-error and hopefully this shouldn't affect shots for the AI.

Is something wrong with the stamina bar? They're always full and occasionally like on throw ins the stamina drain will show.

Really glad the ball feels a lot better than it did compared to the demo. I had my Fifa copy since Sunday and haven't touched it until this morning and overall I liked what I saw, still have to play more but I am glad EA is looking to improve this game.

Anyone who's tried the patch notice anything regarding the "improved general responsiveness of shooting"? I've found the shooting to be pretty good, curious as to how it was improved upon.

Seems messed up to me. Isn't draining during game play. Dumb error. Should not get past testing.

Yeah they made shooting a lot easier.

EDIT: I shouldn't say this yet, small sample size. I have to play more.

Played my first game with the new patch. I had 5 free kicks in shooting range in one match. I have never had that many in one game before.
