It really seems to slow down the WR Spec. Cth, it increases the amount of DPI animations. I wouldn't really say it tightens coverage, more so, lessens WR chance of a spec. Cth
Whether it's a spec. CTH or a penalty, they are getting those yards.
Since moving down from 70 to 55, I've seen improved QBA and catch types.

Also 55 Fatigue seems to do well, tinkering w/ 52 fatigue now

On higher holding, yes.
The blocking did seem improved with higher holding but then you start seeing calls on big plays. Also the Block in back penalties get called more even at 51.
