I've had ints @ 30 for a while and still see 2-3 ints total per gm.
I have everything else at default 50. Slow speed on AP. It's the most organic gameplay we can get imo.
Now I could see guys that have a higher rated team and/or User Skills above par, having to move to AM, So this is user preference.
I wouldn't mess with the QBA slider, it's playing just right imo. I'm 62% on the season, I've had some games in the high 60's and a few 70's but it's also partly b/c his confidence is higher(59) I think.
I'd say play year 1 out w/ what I'm using now and adjust as needed for yr 2.
