Endorsements stucks

I'm in my second year, stucked with nike on level 2 (even if i win championship/ MVP (didn't get the reward though) ) , and others are stuck too,so my question is, do you guys managed to upgrade your endorsement level on season 2 ? Do anyone knows how to level up endorsements the right way ? because i won everything i could won in the year and nike endorsements offers aren't going up!
do you still win these huge amount of VC with endorsements because I don't.. Bruce doesn't even bother to text me when event are finished as he used to do..

here's a fought, do Mycareer is only a 1year experience mode? Because with only 1 year and no vc bought i got to 55 to 95 in 1 year. Even if we won the playoff Justice wanted to be free agent , Dever still haress me with training even if he isn't in the team anymore.
So Orange juice stuff isn't on the line anymore, no more cutscenes, events aren't poppin that often as they used to do

Yeah, I started at Lvl 2 with Under Armor and it hasn't moved. Won NBA title and Playoffs MVP etc. Do you get a chance to switch shoe deals? At this point I would rather have more free shoes than my own one.

I suppose when you go to your endorsements contracts you can press on your shoe endorsment and select resign or something

I heard it has to do with doing well and making sure you go to every single promo for your shoe company.

i was drafted 3rd for boston. signed with under armour and i started at level 3, under treat me like a king, level 3 and anybody knows me

I never missed one and won NBA titel and RotY as well as Playoffs MVP and I'm still only wearing Curry's shoes. Not sure what else they want from me lol

Year 3 and still level 1 for everything. I also noticed I'm not getting the 2000, 4000, or 8000 bonuses anymore.

I got the offer to switch deals once a few games after the initial deal I assume due to my stats almost doubling in most category's (I also had just got moved to starter) so I assume it was linked to my performance increase. But it was a one time deal and said if I decline I won't get another chance and if I take it I won't be able to change it again later as this was a life time deal. That makes me think that you may be able to get one not lifetime and switch when it expires haven't seen that tho.
