I don't think theirs an overall "best" for everyone. It just depends which you like better and which one you think plays better and which one gives you the challenge you need. Based on what people have posted in here it looks like they are both good choices so it's kind of up to you on how much of a challenge you need. If All Pro gives you enough of a challenge so you don't win all the time and so you lose some and so you aren't able to dominate the league with a team like the Browns year 1 then go with that. If All Pro isn't challenging enough an you need the extra challenge that All Madden provides in order for things not to be too easy then go with that.
