And the sounds are still incredibly bad for title of this stature... wow.

The creator is kinda out of touch, IMO. So little info about the gameplay, AI, Offline Career, Options, Damage, etc. and he's talking about how he began photography at 15. I mean, who cares. Seriously. Tell us about the game. He didn't even know how many new tracks are in the game. Out of all the AAA title developers, this guy is celebrated on bizarre level...I guess I have to throw the Metal Gear creator in there too.

I go back to the original Gran Turismo, and Kaz never has cared about building a proper racing sim. Just look at the horrific offline AI of all the early GT games, with the cars following the same snake-like processional order lap after lap.

And how many GT games did it take until visual and actual damage was implemented?

The entire GT series is car porn. Nothing more. It's not a proper racing game. It's Kaz's ode to cars and automotive culture.
