I agree with Project Cars and F1 2016, however I could not keep the car on the road in Dirt Rally, maybe it's easier with a wheel? I'd also recommend Drive Club fun game (reminds me of Project Gotham Racing) and you can get it cheap now.

Assetto Corsa is pretty bare bones, but it has the most sublime, realistic driving model of any console racing game other than DIRT Rally. Grab it used at Gamefly for less than $20, and you'll really enjoy it with that wheel.
