In real life the 3PT % is at all time high. There is no such thing as over dribbling lowering a shot %, why add these fake mechanics in a video game. Guess when Kobe holds for last shot its a automatic F because he over dribbled.

Aight so what I'm gonna need you to do for me is find 3 videos of Kobe holding the ball for at least 14 seconds running to his left, pausing, running back to his right, pausing, repeating this action about 5 more times then shooting. Then, and ONLY then will anything you say about zig zagging being okay because "Kobe" be considered a valid point. I'm not sure what sport league you are watching but I was aware of any other professional athlete named Kobe, what sport did he play?

Take smart shots lmao.. Running back and forward while waiting for your defender to get hit with a screen isn't legit offense.. It's not what the sharpshooter archetype was made for.

2k is still crashing from the ps4 pro making it unplayable in all game modes. What a a waste of a patch and a game. Smh

In real life Kobe didn't run around the 3pt line waiting for his defender to get sucked in by a magnetic aura that sat him on his arse due to some mystical amethyst brick wall badge.

In real life not every recognised nba 3 point shooter can pull up a step over half way and drain the shot over 50% of the time

We're both looking for some form of realism - clearly what that is differs immensely between the 2 of us though.

So disappointed in this patch, they just need to stop and I know it's free why are you complaining well the game still plays the same, the ACE OTF MENU is still broken and still stuck on shrink the floor, it's as if these dudes don't see this glaring issue, this breaks the fundamental gameplay period.

I don't take this seriously but you got me laughing at this last part lol

I'm translating that there is basically more emphasis on being efficient and actually using dribble moves to setup a drive, your own shot or a drive and kick opportunity.

The left right zig zaging with the left stick is what seems very barbaric to me.

This patch better be worth it. They added it while I had my best game in mycareer and loading the main screen crashed because I couldn't connect since my game wasn't updated. Did I just lose this game because it crashed after? I did the Inside the NBA interview and stuff.

If you're not talking about Career, then your point is made even worse. Because no other player besides Steph Curry can do the things that people are doing with every halfway decent shooter on this game right now. It doesn't make any sense that any player with a certain ball handling attribute can speed boost left and right multiple times and then stop for half of a second and drain a three just because they got an inch open.

What does mode have to do with it??

If whatever mode you play in isn't impacted by zig zag cheese then the change shouldn't affect you.

If of course in whatever mode you do play however you have a propensity to run left and right around the 3 pt line to exploit the guys 'who can't defend' - well sorry about that.
