NBA 2K17 Patch 1.07 Available Now For PS4, No Patch Notes Yet...

Can we stop bashing other people's personal preferences for playing the game? Some people care about the art (body types, jersey colors etc) others care strictly about offline. A decent amount mostly plays online.
So why should one preference be valued more than another?

It's ridiculous on here if you don't care for offline you're an "cheeser who doesn't like true SIM basketball"
Or if you like art you don't care about "gameplay".
Can we just try to respect everyone's preference?

Oh, for crying out loud--I am SICK of hearing this.
There will NEVER be a fix for body types until a whole new game comes out!
There will CONTINUE to be only seven or eight body types until there's NOT!

Which would you rather have:
A game with players that look like XKCD stick figures, but plays like PS3 2K14?
Or a game with photorealistic models, courts, arenas and all that jazz, but plays like NCAA Final Four 2001, one of the worst basketball games ever made?

so what is a big deal right now???? since they release 7 patches already regarding gameplay especially the one whining about online modes?? then this people should all stop bithcn then also, because they have been given so many F updates already what more they want???F tweak this , tweak that every F week?? and we only asking for the art to be accurate. man ya'll bunch of hypocrites just because you dont play with that doesn't mean its not important.

I can't believe how many people complain about body types, jersey colors, shoes, It's truly unbelievable. Give every team a white or yellow home jersey. And a brown or orange road jersey. Solid colors no logos or writing. Nothing. Just fix the game play issues. Who cares what they're wearing. You're playing the wrong game if that's your only or biggest concern

people complain about they re shot didn't go in and made various thread about it . certain people askin for accuracy. so what now??

I just don't understand why the shooting needs to be tuned so many times a year.

It's the overpowered badges....kinda hard to balance something if hof badges keeps adding boosts that stack.

The average casual gamer that buys this game (which may come close to like 95% of all copies sold) and just wants to have fun mostly does not have the basketball knowledge to recognize the flaws the game still has. If you dont see this you start looking for other things that are wrong, body types, jerseys from your favourite team etc etc.

PS: I dont want to offend anyone here, but I think its pretty clear that the os community, sim heads etc. represent only a small minority of all players that buy 2k.

The way you say it, it looks like 2K sold us beta. Now they're still tuning based on actual user feedback - either from YouTube or from Twitter or from this forum.

I expect bi-monthly patch and it's all taking about adjusting your shooting, because either you're shooting too much its ridiculous or it's unfair if you're online.

I just went through this thread and handed out a 3 day ban to anyone that was off topic, perpetuated posts that were not constructive to the topic (the gifs are unnecessary and not welcome on OS) or that attacked other users.

The amount of pink names in this thread right now is sickening, and most of you are currently lucky I stayed at 3 days for the ban.

While I'm waiting on the patch to dl...does game speed show in the replay e.g. if you set 100 game speed, does your replay play at that high speed too?

I doubt 1.07 helped the sluggish feel of the game. Played at 60 game speed on 1.06 just so that it felt more true to life with the speed at which plays developed. Admittedly, at that speed, the CPU was open a lot more than usual, but the animations felt better overall.

Played only 1 game.

Double teams are still in the game....

I m not sure about this but cpu wall defense was adjusted somehow i didnt have problems to blowby my defender but i'm playing on my own roster and sliders.

Unfortunately they can't release notes prior to the patch because if something went wrong with the patch the notes would become incorrect information. So when we get a late night patch notes normally come up the next day.

Not entirely true as patches can include previous fixes in them as well.
