Well so far in testing the lower HB stamina to get more rotation, I've had to lower my HB stamina to the 60 range to start seeing more rotation.
Note:
I have my autosubs for HBs @ 80 in 60 out
So stamina is not as sensitive as I first expected.
It will help rotation once it's low enough.
