NBA 2K17 Park After Dark Featuring Future Tonight, Double Rep All Weekend

Following the NBA 2K17 debut of Park After Dark, featuring Snoop Dogg AKA "DJ SNOOPADELIC" last month, 2K will feature Future tonight at 11 PM EST/8 PM PST.

Ronnie mentioned on Twitter, that the team put lot of effort into the servers, so it should be smooth throughout. If you stop by tonight to try it out, let us know what you think.

Also of note, fans can earn Double Rep this weekend, including tonight during the event.

I've been wondering what exactly "with Future" means?
Is he going to be running around the park with a guy that looks like him? Is it the soundtrack? Just curious on what i should be expecting.

Getting enough people into the shootaround area to start games. It's constantly either overloading one side and not letting people load in on the other team, or dropping people as it tries to fill up.

Why bother there's so much lag and lagouts for both park and pro-am lately its unbearable to even play.

I've never played a game like 2k17 before with so many problems all around from gameplay to online stability. It has not been a good experience at all.

Tried playing the after dark and cant even get on the got next spots and then got kicked back to mycareer. I'm sorry but how can 2k try to turn this game into an e sport when the servers are so bad nobody can ever get into a game and even when you do get into a game it lags most of the time.

Not even going to try and get into it again, watching some streamers on twitch while I play some MyTEAM...and none of them can get into a game. It's exactly like last time.

Coincidentally, I can't even find a MyTEAM match now. Not in Blacktop or Multiplayer Leagues. Just stuck on "Searching for matches...".

I've about had it with this game. All my friends have switched over to Battlefield, Rainbow Six, or Madden as the problems that plagued this game upon release have continued to plague it and push them away. These are friends that I've played 2k year around the past few years and now they simply are no longer playing.

As a longtime 2k fan who has played 2k year around every year, this may be it for me. The time that I get to play is getting shorter and shorter.

I got the "waiting for opponent" countdown lag out in three straight MyTeam Blacktop matches about an hour before the Future event started.

Even the modes that aren't related to MyPark are suffering today.

A YouTube channel I follow was mentioning the same dilemma. You get in but not enough make it to actually start a game lol

I can't even participate in the park after dark event.. hard enough to get in and when I do I am unable to participate on 3s let alone stay in the park lol

This has been a complete disaster. Every time I try to play with my squad this weekend one of us gets kicked at the tip off or the game just flat out won't start. Very frustrating.

Pro am wasn't working, walk on wasn't working, and I managed to get in two park games which were sandwiched by a disconnect to start and a blue screen to end.

I want to blame 2k but I'm truly the one who feels most embarrassed. These kinds of things happening aren't new. Yet every year I keep coming back to support a game that continues to find new ways to nickel and dime their customers even more than the year before, while allowing these things to happen every single year.

I spent a lot of time grinding so I could waste even more time just trying to play a game. Ugh.
