What features from NCAA would you like to see implemented in future Madden games?

I would like the play art shake that was attributed to home field advantage to be applied to qb awr in Madden.

Remember back on PS2, when you would press triangle, your player would actually try to catch the ball? You had to time it right to make a catch, not just hold the button like we do today. I wish that would come back.

the 3 options you had in coach mode for example, cover ball, normal, risk fumble for yards etc

coach mode kicking
developing coordinators
formation subs but dont limt to 50

The fact that we are still looking backward to make a better football video game is a problem. I think 2005 madden franchise interface was the best but I would rather they look to the future and exceed our expectations.

I would like if they got rid of the NFL teams and included college teams, stadiums, recruiting, Paul Bunyan's axe, trick plays and mascots.

Would also like them to determine who plays for championships by voting instead of what happens in football games like ncaa.

The coaching trees and coordinators would be nice. I don't think NCAA had special teams coordinators, only offense/defense, so it would be could if Madden added them too.

NCAA also had certain things for home field advantage, while I don't think Madden has anything.

The stadium loudness meter I wish they'd bring that in for KC and SEA would mess with away teams audibles and stuff would really change a late game where the fans are going nuts

People drastically undersell the impact that has on the depth of the game. There's no nuance to anything in Madden. That, and one button pass rushing. The game is moving backwards in actual gameplay.

I honestly don't know how anyone can play the old games and claim gameplay wise they are better than current gen. Started playing NCAA 14 for the first time in a while and my god I didn't realize the field was made of ice. So many players look like they are ice skating while they move it is horrendous. NCAA 14 was a great game when it came out of course, but to pretend like current gen maddens have taken a step back in the on the field gameplay aspect is absolutely absurd.

With that said, I do agree on having coaches, and I like the play art idea for loud stadiums. Also would like something to make audibling more difficult in a loud stadium

why have different positions in coaching?

Head Coach- Controls every position.

Offensive Coordinator- Controls all Offensive positions.
QB Coach- Control only the QB
RB Coach- Controls only HB & FB
WR Coach- Controls only WR & TE

Defensive Coordinator- Controls all Defensive positions.
DB Coach- Control only CB, FS, SS
DL- Coach- Control only DE, DT
LB- Coach- Control only Linebackers

Special Teams Coordinator- Controls Special Teams


Promotion Would be like this during the season:


You could also do online dynasties with your friends and not just play against each other but with each other.

Head Coach also gets the responsibility to hire O-Coordinator and D-Coordinator, while also hiring the coordinators suggest coaches for skill positions.
O&D Coordinator will be able to Hire/suggest skill positions coaches for the team.

Drafting & Signing Players:
HC- Can draft & sign any position
OC- Can draft & sign any offensive position
DC- Can draft & sign any defensive position
QB,RB, WR coaches- Can draft & sign when position doesn't meet depth chart requirements or under C+ rating.
DB, DL, LB coaches- Can draft & sign when position doesn't meet depth chart requirements or under C+ rating.
ST- Can Draft any special teams position.

I would love to see this in MADDEN 18!
