-SIM RULES (Must punt on 4th down and on your side of 50. Can go for it if game is within 7 and across the 50, 4th and 2 or less. Dont be a dick, I'm sure situations will come up we will adjust rules based on consensus opinion. Stat padding unacceptable. If its a blow out, use your backups)
