New PS4 league starting up, never ran a league before but playing against the CPU gets boring, I am open to transferring commissioner to someone else, just trying to get something going. All teams are open but the Seahawks. Looking for committee members and co-commissioners. Prefer someone with this kind of prior experience Also looking for sim players to finish out this Madden and future Maddens.

League Settings:
All-Pro
11 minute quarters to ensure enough time for moment swings with 18 second accelerated clock
Game speed: Slow
Created Coaches only
Custom Playbooks are allowed
Advance every 72 hours
Discord communication: Very important for scheduling / trades
Twitch Streaming will be mandatory for home teams unless another owner decides they want to stream.
Trade committee (hopefully)
No super-sim
Rules:
No switch (Once a play has started you must maintain control of that player through the entire play)
No run commit
No quick-snapping (Must let a few seconds run off the play clock after team has been set)
Mix up offensive and defensive play calling while not abusing madden coding or plays
No huddle only in select situations:
Will not be allowed anytime in the first half, except within 2 minutes of the 2nd quarter and will not be allowed anytime in the 3rd quarter.
Will ONLY be allowed in 4th quarter under the following circumstances
down by 1 score – within 4 minutes
down by 2 scores – within 7 minutes
down by 3 or more scores – all of 4th quarter
No dropping back more than 15 yards to throw a pass
If calling a screen you MUST throw to the player the screen is designed for or scramble.
Running up the score is NEVER allowed
No zig-zagging or horizontal running
No PA on 3rd and long, as this takes advantage of poor Madden programming
Goal-line play calling only allowed in goal line situtations
NO QUITTING
Poaching is allowed, only if you put them on your own practice squad
You can go for it at any time on 4th down unless you are up by 7 or more
Only hot routing up to 2 players
No QB sneaks
