Hi Everyone! I have great news! I have figured out how to get the years off teams! (for Example, Colorado will be '90-'91 Buffaloes I think). This will change them to be just the Buffaloes! Go to the team, then go to team relocation- then go to team branding. Go to the name, and for example, if they are the buffaloes, edit the name and delete the "s" so they are the Buffaloe. then go back, save and exit from team branding, and return to the team relocation screen. At the top, it will say they are the Buffaloe, with no years! After this you can go back into team branding, team identity, and add the "s" again, so they are the Buffaloes, then go back, save and exit out of team branding, and the years should be gone! I have tried this with a handful of teams, and it works well!
P.S. I am running the regular version of 2K17 on PS4.
