It's going to change every year which is the sad part. We'll never know what to expect.Comment

Re: Things you wish you knew before making your MyPlayer this year
I wish I didn't waste so much VC (and cash smh lol) on so many different players, for sure. Make sure whichever archetype you pick fits your play style. Don't underestimate the power of the bronze, non upgradable badges. Be ready to grind for everything from badges to +1s because it's definitely a grind this year. If you have no desire to bring your guy to park or pro am, it isn't as bad, but even then there's some grinding involved to get your attributes.
My favorite archetypes have been point forward SF (same as the playmaker guards) and athletic finisher Center. They are closer to all around builds.
Also, use this before creating your player.

The stats that this website gives are with default weight/wingspan for the considered height

Wish I knew how broken the AI double teams are for post players. Wish I made an athletic finisher instead of post scorer center considering you get double teamed in the post constantly by the A.I after scoring 6 pointsComment

Re: Things you wish you knew before making your MyPlayer this year
I made my first character a 6'0 playmaker trying to get a three ball in him.
Also, can anyone tell me how to do a 360 through the legs dunk I can't find it anywhere. I have athletic 360s already idk how to go through the legs thoComment

Re: Things you wish you knew before making your MyPlayer this year
I regret playing pro am at all with how much grinding is involved. I just play all star team up now.
I also don't think I'll ever go with a player under 6'5 ever again in 2KStudent of the game. #Fundamentals
