I've been playing Madden for almost two decades, and have been apart of a several leagues in that time, and in participating have been asked to oversee transactions either as a member of a committee or simply the lone Player Trade Coordinator for Leagues because of my pension for being fair and unbiased.
I have something that might help trading in Most SIM Leagues around the Madden Community, and I've always respected OS as a source for Madden content (Lotusfather and Old Man Nathy tools) and created a tool that is simple to use and breaks down all players to a Number Value to keep it unbiased and even.
This is not an ad by some Robot, I'm genuinely trying to help the community; I've been using my tool in the leagues I've been in (Personal problems prohibiting me from participating in one now), and created a Trade Chart specifically for Madden to stop one sided deals... inspired by the real NFL Draft pick trading Chart...

Pictured should be my chart determining 2 Players being traded for a Player and Draft Pick with one of the Teams with a bonus for Anderson's 94 speed. (Draft pick Value of players determined by OVR, AGE, & DEV)
