It might be hard to accomplish, but head movement and distance management should feel very fluid when working together. Good boxers and counter strikers use head movement for much more than dodging punches. When you watch a masvidal or dominick cruz at their best you see a lot of head movement to not only close distance but to get out as well. Id love to be able to do a little bobing and weaving in throw a quick punch or 2 create an angle and get out. Fighting in UFC 2 is very left and right. You cant really create angles and any head movement means you are stuck in place. If i cam figure out how to attach a GIF i can show specific examples unless GIF king Haz can do it for me lol
And for the love of God, please dont let people just lean back and avoid every strike lol. I don't even think an example is necessary but Silva vs Sonnen should be more than enough. In ufc2 the lean back is just crazy.
