2008 Rookies and Veterans Balanced Potentials

So I'm in the process of trying to great the ultimate 2008 Dolphins team to compete against the Patriots. In doing so, I have started the process of trading for (and drafting) various players for purpose of jumpstarting this project quickly. I placed all as "Balanced", focus also on the player's learning potentials too. In doing this, I've actually created a "wish list" of sorts of players that I have (or will try) to trade for (or draft) based on 2008 data. As I'm building this up, I'd like to share my findings with you all and if you like it, please feel free to add to the list. If not, do not click on the "spoiler" tag. Have a great day.

The list will consist of player's name, their position, final potential (based on BALANCED), and final learning. You'll also see some players with a number in parenthesis. This number is that particular player's final learning, while the number preceding it are the player's starting learning level. I did this to show which players may take a longer time to develop playbook knowledge wise. So without further ado:

Spoiler
