Re: MLB The Show 17 Twitch Stream - Presentation & Commentary
The new tagging system is a different system than what we use to determine what sound the ball makes when bouncing off of a surface. We do have a metal bounce sound. It's up to the stadium team to use the correct surface type. If you show me exactly what part of the wall should be metal, I will look into it for next year if it hasn't already been addressed. Maybe also point me to the post you mention above.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 17 Twitch Stream - Presentation & Commentary
Hi Ramone I have an honest question for you. You said there was hours upon hours of recording with Matty V so then why in the latest twitch stream does he still sound the same as he has for the past 10 plus years. And by that I mean no excitement, boring and out of touch with the other 2 commentators. Harold Reynolds and Dan plesac sound great and more natural and real where as Matty V still comes off sounding like he is just reading lines on a sheet of paper and robotic.
I hope I am wrong but from what my ears heard from the twitch stream and as of now that's all I can really go by it seems like the only new lines for Matty V are the batter home plate walk ups and maybe some for the showtrack stuff. Please do not take offense to what I am saying this is just one mans opinion. Perhaps my ears are hearing things differently then others do.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

But that doesnt mean he's gonna read them like he's Morgan Freeman. Matty still gonna read'em like Matty.OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

That is no different from them saying there are 500+ new animations every year! The number is nice marketing though!Comment

Please add Stadium Tagging and Player Personalisation as well. It is a main and presented topic of the twitch stream Steve highlights also.OSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23
