MLB The Show 17 Twitch Stream - Franchise Mode, HDR Confirmed (Archive Available)

The franchise mode Twitch stream has started for MLB The Show 17. Once the stream has finished, we will post an archive link.

HDR mode has been confirmed, as seen in the screenshot below. More details on that, along with all of the graphical improvements will be shown on the Twitch stream on March 23.

For those of you asking "What is HDR"? Read this.

Just got home..boom psn software update! Ahhh!! The anticipation is killing me.

Was hoping to see Online Franchise included in the screenshot Steve posted :/

All new manage options apply to minor league games too.

Edit: Minute Maid centerfield changes are in, as expected.

what about things like scouting, progression, bullpen usage, budget,and other little things progressing through franchise?? Will they touch on those things?

Also, what was the bit about missions, i missed it. Is it something that makes the mode cheesy?, can it work with carry over saves?

Somehow the night games look even better compared to '16. The grass and dirt colors are much improved

Early but all I've seen from this stream is franchise mode for dummies.

yeah they are not saying much in regards to the depth of the mode or any of the little things that make the mode last long. its mainly showcased toward how to play the mode quickly. I am interested in how budgets work this year and how missions work

They just addressed this stream is for Offline Franchise only. They would keep us posted on any info for Online Franchise in the future. Two separate modes.....
