Same man. Its not even music I typically listen to most of the time. But usually I like all the music, no songs are insufferable like in most other soundtracks, usually even one or two I really like.

Me too, I think 14 was the only year I hated the music.

With a few exceptions, there's been no good music since the mid 80's...

Obviously everyone has their own opinion but to me, this is like saying there's been no good movies, no good books, no good video games since the mid 80's. There has always been a lot of garbage music to wade through to get to the good stuff, and now there is more garbage than ever before, but now its also easier and cheaper to filter that garbage out.

The only decent song I've heard so far in music terms is the intro to the shows Twitch streams (the last one and the first one) but nobody seems to know who it is, or its title...........

Biggest waste of time, money, and resources. Soundtracks have NOTHING to do with gameplay. I have no idea why EA Sports or SCEA bother with them. Think of how much better NBA Live or Madden could be if the money that was spent procuring rights to songs was used for better gameplay development.

The point is where the publishers choose to spend their money. Budgets aren't unlimited - $250,000 (or whatever) spent on getting rights to a bunch of songs would be put to better use if it was used for making the presentation or gameplay better.

Just wanted to say I really like the music they put in this year. I like that they go with these not so popular bands. Well ones I don't know.

That intro game was hell. Whatever turd of a song they run on a loop made me SO upset. I got through it and rushed to shut all music off. There were a few OK-ish tracks last season, but these are truly dreadful. I'll take the dozen or so recorded play call from 2016 over it for sure, even as those get old after the 80th repeat of Bartolo's homer.
