Yes this sucks. However I have been letting them get the opening tip and do that cheesy score and then keep a 2-4 point lead until halftime. Then give them the hammer. I've never had anyone quit with the lead. On a nice 18 game win streak since. I have never had a quit loss after halftime and support previously confirmed this with me. Hope that helps you a bit.
