This might be just me, but I'm not a big fan of the narrator's voice. It reminds of a very old Disney film or documentary when the narrator has no life in his voice. I will still be playing RTTS, I just don't like the lack of "life" in it.

So, this stream cemented it. RTTS is the mode I'm most looking forward to this year. I'll still run my franchise(s), but I'm really looking forward to the new narrative, especially knowing they have plans for late career stuff as well.

Based on the number of clanking beer bottle and bottle cap sounds I was hearing off screen, them boys were drinking all afternoon. And rightfully so!! They bust their tail to get the game finished, it is looking like a potential masterpiece, dang right they should drink up and relax a little!

The stream has me very excited. Love the idea of PYP. Only thing is I grinded hard for the entirety of MLB '16 with a 3B. Played every game of his 15+ career. I doubt I'll be able to do it again this year. Though I will give PYP a go and just simulate everything for my position player.

I am planning on doing a SP and playing every inning for him. I'm curious what kind of PYP situations arise with SP other than moving me to the bullpen or something.

Is that confirmed, we can't choose our team anymore?
If so I think I'll just keep doing the beginning over and over until I get my desired team. Hopefully we can save just before the draft and just keep simulating it until we land where we want.

I only want to play of the Dodgers.

I never made a difference for me anyway. I think every time I picked the cardinals in the last several iterations they ALWAYS trade me before I get to the majors. I do think taking away the option was a mistake. I'd be curious how many people entered the draft vs picking their favorite team? I mean who does not want to play for their favorite team? It is a really long haul before you can hit free agency

As for the stream I think it is interesting to see others who were not sold on the mode prior to this year are excited for the changes while I, as a long time RTTS player, am a little leery about the changes.
