That is completely correct:wink:. But let's hypothetically ask why ?. Because the answer lies in what they refer to themselves as a data network, instead of a game company. Yes, there are competent people among them certainly, but we think they should listen, they do not because they can afford to be "indifferent". But we users (FUT - yes i know we never play, but the world does!) has created this snow avalanche, then it's utopia and think we can stop it when it rolls and grows and... . But Fifa is also in many other ways an excellent football game that has come a long way since the beginning, it can no grievances change. But the idea that a firm has become so big and can do pretty much what it ought to, should put thoughts in progress, but I guarantee that virtually all here will buy Fifa18, including yours truly.- thats power!.

When FIFA 17 was in pre-release the OS people had FIFA ranked as the number one sports game. I've got to say now it's near the bottom of sports games. What a disaster of a year! It's simply unplayable and their contempt for people who don't play FUT is brazen.

Had to just calm down and turn that crap off. Now, they put out another patch that predictably has 95% to do with FUT. Personally, I can't wait for The Show to drop so that I can finally put this game to the side.
It seems to me they make the game more arcady (esp. online) just in time for the school holidays. Coincidence?

            EA don't do coincidence.

What's really disappointing is they spent all that time and money on the ridiculous story mode instead of career mode. The story mode was nice and all but short and no replay value. It had to be a major investment of money and coding time. Why wouldn't you do that to career mode instead? I don't get it.

Because CM for them is a "necessary" evil. They have once before tried to abolish it, but got plenty of criticism and took it back. They rouges CM, yes that one rouges a corpse, it is perhaps prettier but the result is not really lively is it?. ok it was maybe a little makrabe Comparison but had clarified the point.

FUT is where the majority lives anymore. Example? Go look at Twitch... from the guys with 2000-4000 streamers, to the guys with 1-20... they're all playing FUT.

Saying that more people play online because there are more people streaming online is a false argument. People who play or prefer off-line play (or can't play online) are obviously less likely to stream.
