You could always put Fred McGriff or Wade Boggs for TB and Gary Sheffield or Kevin Brown for Miami, then just use their best season of their career for their stats. Sure, it's cheating a little, but considering those teams are relativity new and don't have a long history, it might help you (and them) out a little.

Also, Blue Jays should definitely be Joe Carter.
