PS3 NBA 2K13 Michael Jordan HIStory Roster

j@dos looking forward to the Allstar file as well as the potential for this 82 Georgetown team!! On short notice, this is what i could come up with (As i continue to dig deeper I will try and get them better - I'm more sure of myself in the playing style likeness than the cyberfaces so I'll try and work on that).



Anyhow, this is what I could come up with tonight (excuse wall of text)



I think your Sleepy Floyd is good to go with that comparison. As for the others, this is what I’d recommend (as of now lol – still might need to edit it heavily as I’m going off of memory/google).

Please note the player comparisons are a) based on my own observation/memory and b) not ratings related (i.e. make their ratings whatever you see fit just use the player comparisons as more of a style guide).

If I am able to make time to do this, I'm pretty sure that it will have to be attached to my "Home" roster that I described before; the "Home" roster is what I've always released for download, but it will not have the All-Star mod on it. But no worries--I will release the All-Star roster on April 1 anyway. I had so many name-glitch issues with the All-Star roster that I don't want to edit that one again, unless someone finds a mistake.

Could you provide all the necessary player information as discussed earlier whenever you get around to it? No rush. I just need 12 players to fill out the roster (plus any changes to Patrick Ewing). If you can give me who the player played like, you can give me who the player looked liked (as well as weight, height, etc) later; that takes a long time--my '82 UNC team is composed of the real players (Worthy, Jordan, and Perkins) and spot-on look-a-likes, and it was very time consuming since I went through every player on the game--from historic to current to free agents--to avoid using create-a-players.

Wikipedia has 14 players on the Hoyas (stick with 12) and only lists a few player weights.

Ok j@dos, hopefully this all works out! This is what my research was able to pull together - one thing I should note is that the player types do not correspond to the overall ratings (I'll leave that up to you unless you want me to do it). For example, the bench scrubs should be rated far lower than their player types for obvious reasons.

I can't make any guarantees, but the more I think about it, I really want to make that 1982 Georgetown Hoya team to give the 1982 North Carolina Tar Heels an opponent.

I have 4 personal roster files:
"Home": my regular file
"Away": some players wear different shoes/accessories on the road
"Playoff": "Home" roster where some teams wear black shoes in the postseason
"All Star": "Home" roster with the All-Star game mod

I say that because I was planning on doing the All-Star mod on my Home, Away, and Playoff roster files, but I had so much trouble with RedMC that I only did it once, which became the "All-Star" file.

If you or anyone else can give me players and their look-a-likes for the 1982 Hoyas, I may consider creating that team (however I will still release the new All-Star roster on April 1). It's just that again, I can't make any guarantees that I will be able to make time to do it. I'll just need the player's name, a comparable player he played similar to, and his look-a-like; for instance,

Sleepy Floyd --> Derek Harper (95 Knicks) --> Dennis Rodman (CF)
(that's just an example--not saying that's accurate)

Wow--thanks. That's a ton of good stuff. Would you happen to have all of that info for UNC as well? I have all the player heights, but I don't have the correct weights for all of them. I did find a few of their birth months and dates, and I even changed their birth years to make the freshmen 18, sophomores 19, juniors 20, and seniors 21. I know that's not always the case, but I thought it would be a good touch when you're navigating through the roster screen and see Michael Jordan as an 18 year old.

I'm going out of town this weekend, and I'm actually going to see if I can at least start messing around with Georgetown next week, which is actually months earlier than I expected.

Relive classic NBA All-Star games the way they were meant to be played. All-Star court and old-school style uniforms are all represented. Other edits include:

* 1998 Indiana Pacers Reggie Miller improved cyberface look-a-like

* the 1982 NCAA Men's Basketball Champion North Carolina Tar Heels

* Edited away uniforms for North Carolina Tar Heels and International All-Stars

Just gave it a download - can't wait to try it tonight! thanks for all the work j@dos this is really neat. I was wondering though if it would be possible for you to make a roster file on here of one of your files with all classic team's shorts changed to the 90s shorts length? I want to do a roster project myself and I have the leftos editor but without RedMC I can't do anything about short lengths - and seeing the teams in mismatched lengths really irritates me for some reason lol

I actually created the Georgetown team yesterday during some free time and ran into a couple of issues:

* from the word document, I need players who aren't on the game (Reggie Lewis, Satch Sanders, Raef Lafrentz) replaced by those who are. If any of those are on the game, let me know.

* Jose Calderon of the Detroit Pistons loses his last name, but that should be an easy fix; it also happened when I created the East and West All-Stars.

* Since Georgetown played its seminal game in white and championship game in blue, those are the uniform colors I would like to give them (not gray); it will be a little challenging because "GEORGETOWN" is in blue on their white jersey and in black on their blue jersey, but I think I can actually do that.

Satch Sanders - is actually "Tom Sanders" on the '64-65 Celtics - Satch was a nickname

Reggie Lewis - Paul George

Raef LaFrentz - either of the Plumlees

I'm really busy with work and I wasn't even going to do the Georgetown team, but once I remembered about that Hawks' court...that's what ultimately changed my mind into trying to do it. It even has the old-school scorer's "table" and when I assign it to the Hoyas as their home court, they will even have the correct bench positions for both the Hoyas and the Tar Heels.

And yes, it's possible: I created Jordan's Wizards team and instead of using a created court, I just assigned them the court of the 2013 Wizards.

I'm really busy with work and I wasn't even going to do the Georgetown team, but once I remembered about that Hawks' court...that's what ultimately changed my mind into trying to do it. It even has the old-school scorer's "table" and when I assign it to the Hoyas as their home court, they will even have the correct bench positions for both the Hoyas and the Tar Heels.

And yes, it's possible: I created Jordan's Wizards team and instead of using a created court, I just assigned them the court of the 2013 Wizards.

oh man, sorry about that j@dos! It's gonna look so awesome seeing Worthy, Ewing, MJ and Sleepy running around on that court though - I cant wait to see this become a reality
