Which do you prefer Offline or Online?

Just a question I was wondering about. The older I get I prefer offline and with a good slider set. I am getting tired of all the cheese online.

Online only . In saying that though, mainly only play in our online 32 man sim league . Occasionally ill play DC when waiting on league to advance, just to try to beat a few of those punks who just run 4 plays all game and make them quite by 3rd quarter. I get alot of satisfaction from that actually. But really only like playing in our online league and against other sim players in our league.

While i get the whole though of online play against cheese heads. There is a huge difference between sim online leagues and playing H2H,MUT,and DC against randoms. If one thinks its not, then they have not played in an actual sim online league with good users before is all i can say. Two completely different worlds.

Offline only. Literally never play online in Madden or any other sports game. That domain for me is like the comments section on the internet--better left ignored.

You need to simply find yourself a good group of people to play with online. Check here and on reddit for leagues.

Exactly, find a good group in a league , with fair rules and enforcement, you can have a great time with other like minded people.Online leagues nothing like " online play" of madden. Those places mentioned above are great places to look , as is Daddy Leagues .

Same pattern every year. I play one online game, win it, quit while I'm ahead, play my franchise.

If I lose, I play one more, win that, and quit. I've never lost my first two online games, kinda proud of that:P

I play MUT for about a dozen or so games for my review, then I might open a few packs here and there just because that's sort of fun, but after that, strictly offline 32-team franchise for me. Not going to rely on servers to enjoy the game.

Online franchise lets me play with my brother and friends who live on the other side of the country, so that's my strong preference.

I only play solo franchise. I do play that online to get updates quicker.
