It is a OSD within franchise/season mode during games. It will randomly be shown during games. It is not tracked in our player statistics screens etc.
It is a presentation element. Also Matty V will say them in AB's without the OSD being shown.
It is a first step towards hopefully a much more expanded feature moving forward in franchise.
