Thanks guys, I can see some being animation-based only - but still truly believe a lot of stat increases are involved.

For example: P&R Maestro - leads me to believe passing and shooting temporarily goes up, but am i right to believe this? how much?

Any more help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
