Bug (Be Specific): Game crashes to desktop whenever trying to start a franchise or play a play now game

Game Mode Experienced In: Offline franchise mode

Can you reproduce it? How?: Yes every time I try to start up a franchise or play a game

I've un and re installed the game 3 times, have cleared the game storage box also but it still won't let me start a franchise after having one for 12 seasons. I deleted everything to see if that would fix it and all I did was lose a great franchise. This started to happen right before the draft, any suggestions?
