I've been under the impression you can see where your opponents PCI is each pitch. I use it to my advantage and plan on continuing to do so. There's no reason it moves after each pitch if it doesn't show where your opponent places it. This could be related to what hitting setting the opponent has, but for Zone I think you can see their PCI. Some people are just incredible at the game and can foul off tough pitches. Not because the game hates you and wants you to lose.
