I have just been picking one game every other week so I can get through multiple seasons. Sometimes I pick a game against a great team, sometimes a team I am close to in the playoff seating and sometimes I just beat up on a scrub team. In my first season as one of six expansion teams so the talent is limited. In the playoffs, if I ever get there, I plan on playing the first elimination game of each series whether to prevent elimination or put the other team away.

I like the team building aspect so playing through the grind of one season a year is not in the cards for me.
