Looking at some cards on the AH it seems to me that rarity affects the price much more. Diamond Aldridge is a 94 OVR Diamond with average defense and athletisicm but typically goes for 80,000-90,000 MT whereas Diamond Kemp sells for similar or slightly less despite being better or equal in every area.

It depends on card availability on the market, then if the card is part of a set it will also increase the value because it's toward a reward. Then if there are badges, shoes and ample contracts that also adds to pricing. As far as the pf argument, a lot of players cheese the f@&$ out of 5 out screen and 3pt with all guys on their team having the ability to shoot 3's. I personally don't play that way but that's another desirable stat for a big to shoot the 3 ball which raises value

Aldridge's release is cash and he has a good 3 ball.
