I found that too in NHL 17, you pretty much get attacked at the blue line, sometimes at the red line, but its hard to find someone that's open in the slot, I do get lucky sometimes and score a goal, I also made few discoveries, there are hidden AI CPU boosts slider hidden with in the sliders, one... is Size Effect & Checking Balance & Attribute Effects & CPU Strategy Adjustments & bouncy puck, among others, that are so well hidden , I have tp be careful what I set it at.


so if want easy game and low scoring I suggest you keep size effect: 20-25 & speed effect hitting: 30-33 & checking balance: 83-85 & attribute effects: 4-6 & cpu strategy adjustment: 2-4 & AI learning: 3-4 (you want nice scores keep this at 6)
