I have a theory. If a user retires then someone else joins the OD then the xp glitch will occur.
If the commish boots a user then someone else joins the OD then xp works normally.
Just an idea. Has anyone seen this to be untrue?

Just started a 12 member OD with the understanding that if someone retires no one else would be added because of xp glitch. Then of course a guy signs up and then retires before he plays his first game. ****sucker.
