I'm sure Madden 18 will look a little better than 17 on the PS4 and Xbox but it should look a lot better on the Pro/1X. If you have a 4k TV I think it's worth upgrading. If you don't have one then I would probably wait. You should probably look at a bunch of reviews though before making a decision.
