Re: Classic Roster Ratings

With my 1993 roster I made this year, I went back into CFM and made a lot of edits to the roster to make the game play more accurately. The results were amazing. QBs completion percentages were nearly perfect, TDs were a little high (mostly due to game engine emphasizing passing) INTs were solid, The QB rating was dead on as well.

RBs numbers were good in terms of yards per carry, but too many 1,000 yard rushers, because when you sim games, the CPU does not alternate running backs like it should.

WRs were better than normal expect again, too many guys with too many receptions again, the CPU does not sub out when simming games.

Sacks were very good. The highest sack totals were in the mid teens, which was true to life.

Kicking percentages were only a little high

Now, playcalling is something that we can only do so much about using the play books and schemes, but overall, my set up was about 2-3% off in terms of too much passing.
