Yeah thats something I've always noticed in this game. In my RTTS on the Rangers, in the middle of summer in Arlington its in the low 70's or even high 60's during my games most of the time. Very unrealistic but not a deal breaker. Hopefully they address that problem and add rainouts in future versions of the game.
