Nobody knows until we play it on both come November. But my assumption will be that it looks better on Xbox One X.

Are you asking will there be a 4k or pro mode for nba live ? Not sure I hope so. 4k games look great on my set.

Now I heard a YouTube say that there will not be a 1X mode for Xbox because of the new hardware . Not sure if they were acquainted with it in time .

Nothing has been confirmed at this point, but we can speculate.

FIFA 17 was enhanced for the PS4 Pro, 4K resolution at 60fps with HDR support. FIFA 18 and Madden 18 are both confirmed to be enhanced for the Xbox One X, I'd expect the same for the PS4 Pro. Being that their other sports games are being enhanced it's likely NBA Live 18 will follow the trend.

With the Xbox One X being the more powerful console, I'd expect that the game would look and run better on the One X if it's really enhanced for the hardware.

Until something is confirmed we don't know anything. I'm waiting to find out myself, still haven't decided if I'm buying it for PS4 or Xbox One.
