I quit playing seasons around DIv 4... got burnt out a little but i would say what your describing happens from time to time in all online game modes... including pro clubs and it doesn't matter what div you are in.
it's just FIFA..
it's like the stoppage time.. you prepare yourself because whoever has a ball gets a boost and you need to try to do everything possible to prevent it... ha ha
sometimes though your player attributes even with up arrows all of the sudden all play like **** and mis placing little passes and stuff... and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. you just have to let the game go.
I would say it's probably just more noticeable to you now because your losinng more than winning in DIV 3. any way good job on Div 3 though.. it's no joke and you are good and put in the work to get that far so congrats!
i would say anywhere from Div 5 and up ... you can face many good players.
funny how after reading this post i all of sudden wanna get back on playing seasons and make it to Div 3. that was my goal to make it to before the next fifa came out.
