That's not a lot of $ for professional editing software. i'm a final cut guy and know avid really well - and every single thing related to film and TV costs money. This is primarily because the potential pool for people to buy is very small and niche. There are many quite good editing programs out there that are less geared towards the professional user that are either free or cheaper.

I don't like the whole monthly subscription adobe does- is that still a thing or can people buy premiere again like the used to be able to?

Just testing out some things with Premiere, nothing major but trying to learn how to do certain things. Long way to go!

Just started playing this morning and I like it. I have just been playing solo and got my first 2 kills. Going to keep playing more.

I'd recommend doing solos, and droppingo into high population areas, like Yasnaya, Pochinkkiiiiii or other city's and just looting up as quick as possible and getting kills. Best way that I was able to learn how to play quickly.

Completely agree, best way to get comfortable with the game is to learn the combat. Anyone can figure out the looting in a short amount of time, but learning the weapons, and how to fight from 3rd & 1st person point of view at the right moments is critical.

So go to the most populated areas, go straight for first weapon you see, then run directly at the nearest enemy, and go to war. You will die and respawn a lot but it will only help you when that 1 vs 1 time comes. You will be much more confident in a fire fight.

Picked up a hard fought solo win over the weekend. Everything which could go wrong did, terrible loot, no vehicles in sight, long runs chasing the circle, and severe damage from the circle. Luckily I was able to get the drop on a couple guys & the last 1 vs 1, the enemy completely misplayed the situation.

Attempted to condensed 30min down to 4min, while still retaining all the important points.

I've stayed away from the highly populated areas and stuck to the smaller towns. I may move to the higher areas sometime this week

I've played a bunch of 1st person only games last night, man I'm in love with it. People HAVE to peek and can't just sit behind cover in 3rd person.

Super pumped for 1st person coming in the Aug 3rd update!

That is really exciting. It's fun as hell but you're just at such a disadvantage using 1st person right now.

I've been waiting for this for a while but didn't realize a release with 1st only was iminient!

Yea I would never use 1st in a standard game but when its 1st person only, its great.

They are also adding a 1st person FOV slider which will be great, I'm not sure what the current FOV is, but it feels like 60 and I want my good ol trusty 90 FOV.

You can play 1st person only games now, but they are in the custom games.

Nice I'll definitely be checking that out. I'm with you on the fov needing to be wider.

Been playing the last couple nights. A few top 5's but no wins. Amazing what good/lucky positioning in the final circles mean. If you're out of position you're pretty much screwed.

I typically always get killed by the people outside the blue circle as they're coming in. Got to watch my back

Got the game about 3 weeks ago, just really getting into it and addicted now. Mostly run solo, but played some duos a bit as well. Highest finish solo so far is 2 and duo is 3.

                                Love this ****ing game.
