The lighting and models look great, but the animations are still lacking. And the penalty calls are disappointingly generic still.

Good thing to know if I play against Tom Brady he'll be a statue in the pocket with zero awareness.

Video was so bad I might even reconsider getting the game.

Good thing to know if I play against Tom Brady he'll be a statue in the pocket with zero awareness.

Video was so bad I might even reconsider getting the game.

Was the difficulty All-Pro Sim? If so, this is a really really bad sign.

My #1 gripe with 17 was that All Pro was far too easy for precisely these reasons. The AI QB's are just TERRIBLE at making reads/avoiding sacks/scoring in the red zone.

Saw all of that again on display here. Hmmmmm...

I echo these thoughts. Brady looked horrible just horrible. So far the gameplay videos have been underwhelming to say the least. I'll still be getting the game but my expectations have dropped considerably.

Lighting is phenomenal but outside of that this looked exactly like 17. Brady just stands in the pocket with complete disregard for any kind of rush just to take sack after sack. That last one for the safety was the worst. I also found it ironic how he praised the commentary for being so great and then cuts to Charles Davis still going on a tangent while the next play is in progress.

Why does ol try to scoop and run on the brady fumble, he should just fall on it. Also must be serving redbulls instead of Gatorade

funny, it was still DAYTIME at the end of the fourth quarter of the SUPER BOWL in JANUARY!!!

I didnt realize in some parts of north america the sun stayed out until 11 PM in January?? WEIRD!

I guess we know why gameplay was held back.

Nope. Some of those sacks looked very bad. The sack for a safety at 9:15 is just laughable. No QB stands completely motionless in the pocket, especially when the source of the pressure is directly in front of the QB, and certainly when a sack means a safety!

Not good.

I don't foreshadow EA giving much attention to QB AI at all anymore. They are focused on H2H play.
