This Roster Will Accurately Reflect Team Roster's From 1999 NFL Season. Player Ratings Will Reflect The Player's 1999 Season Performance. Speed, Strength, and Other Physical Attributes Will Be Rated According To a Players Combine Numbers For Example 40 Time Will Translate To Speed While Bench Press Will Translate To Strength. The 1999 Season Was The First Season I Followed Pro Football For The Entire Year, I Was 10 Years Old At The Time, and While Video Game Football Had Yet To-Be Come What It Is Today I Enjoyed The Season. Randy Moss Was Torching The League, The Rams Were Led By an Arena League QB That Had Become The Best Pure Passer In The NFL Since Dan Marino, Terrell Davis & Jamal Anderson Were The Faces Of Their Franchises But Had Fallen Victim To Career Ending Injuries. Lots Of Story Lines, and Great Players Surrounding The 1999 Season. Unfortunately Like I Mentioned Earlier Football Video Games Weren't What They Are Today In 1999. Seeing These Great Players With Our Current Graphics Should Be Fun. Side Note: RB Barry Sanders Retired Following The 1998 Season, and Is The Highest Rated Free Agent On This Roster.
